COVID-19 EVENT UPDATES

ARENA ADMIN OFFICE & BOX OFFICE CLOSED:
Due to the state of PA's ordered closure of all non-essential businesses due to the coronavirus pandemic, the administrative offices and NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena will be closed for all event ticket sales effective immediately until further notice. To purchase tickets for an upcoming event at Mohegan Sun Arena, please visit www.Ticketmaster.com.

TICKET REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED EVENTS:
The following events at Mohegan Sun Arena have been officially cancelled:
- TOOL (originally scheduled for May 1st)
- Aaron Lewis (originally scheduled for May 29th)
- Lauren Daigle (originally scheduled for July 1st)
- Bob Dylan and His Band (originally scheduled for July 7)
- Tim McGraw (originally scheduled for July 12)
- Jurassic World Live Tour (originally scheduled for November 19-22)
For events that have been cancelled, please select the option below on how you purchased your tickets for details in regards to your refund. *Refunds will generally take up to 30 days from the email notification date about the event cancellation.
For any other ticket outlet purchases, please visit the website of that outlet for refund policies.

POSTPONED EVENTS WITH RESCHEDULED DATES:
The following events at Mohegan Sun Arena have had their initial performance date postponed and have officially had a new date announced for the show:
- Gabriel Iglesias on April 24 - Event is now on November 12
- WWE RAW on May 11 - Event is now WWE SMACKDOWN on October 30
- Alice Cooper on June 17 - Event is now on January 24
Ticket holders should keep their original tickets as tickets from the previously purchased performance will be honored on the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, please check with the outlet you purchased tickets from on refund options or email [email protected].

POSTPONED EVENTS WITH RESCHEDULED DATES TBA:
The following events at Mohegan Sun Arena have had their initial performance date postponed and have not made an official announcement in regards to a new performance date at this time:
- Trolls Live originally scheduled for March 24-25
Ticket holders should keep their original tickets as tickets from the previously purchased performance will be honored on the new date. If you have any questions in regards to the status of your tickets, please check with the outlet you purchased tickets from or email [email protected].

AMERICAN HOCKEY LEAGUE UPDATE:
American Hockey League President and Chief Executive Officer David Andrews announced on May 11th that the league’s Board of Governors has voted to cancel the remainder of the 2019-20 AHL regular season and the 2020 Calder Cup Playoffs due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis.
Fans holding tickets for any Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins home games that are not being played (March 18, March 20, March 21, March 28, April 3, April 5, April 11) should visit the Penguins website at www.wbspenguins.com for information on ticketing options.

The ASM Global Managed Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza continues to closely monitor the latest developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) globally and any potential impact it may have on our day-to-day operations. In response to growing awareness and concern, the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza continues to follow the precautionary guidelines of the CDC and other public health organizations, which include:
- Increased signage outlining advisable precautions (e.g. frequent handwashing, safety recommendations, etc.)
- Regular cleaning of high touch point areas such as, escalator handrails, stair railings, door handles, purchase devices and elevator buttons with CDC recommended products.
- Regular cleaning and sanitizing of facility public spaces and rest rooms.
- Adding additional hand sanitizer stations in various locations throughout the facility.
Providing a safe environment for our clients, visitors, guests and staff is our top priority. Through public health organizations such as, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) we are staying abreast of the latest updates and developments as they occur. We are also in close communication with our local public health and government officials to determine what additional safeguards may need to be implemented.
