Ticket Information
Tickets to events at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza can be purchased in person at the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena.
The NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza is located adjacent to the East Gate Entrance. The Box Office is open for walk up service only and will not accept ticket orders or check ticket availability over the phone.
Either the Box Office Lobby located inside the building or the outside windows will be open as scheduled depending on the weather, and anticipated customer traffic. Look for signs directing you to the proper window.
The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The NBT Bank Box Office makes every effort to comply with the credit card issuer’s contract with the cardholder and will not allow the use of a credit card by someone other than the name that appears on the card.
The Box Office does not accept personal checks or Ticketmaster Gift Cards.

Ticketmaster is the official Ticketing partner of Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.
Other than in person at the box office, tickets may also be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or on the Ticketmaster App available at the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store.
As of 4/2/19, Ticketmaster’s charge-by-phone is no longer available. For questions regarding previously purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, please call them directly at the National Ticketmaster Customer Service Number – 1-800-653-8000.
Some events will offer special ticket purchasing offers through Fan Club sites or discounts using websites like Groupon. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify the validity of such offers.
All Will Call customers must bring photo identification. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser unless an alternate pick up has been arranged in advance.
Will Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be available soon after your purchase, provided there are no restrictions. Restrictions can occur for many reasons including tour regulations, special events, or VIP/Meet & Greet packages. Please refer to Ticketmaster’s event and package specifics when purchasing your tickets. Will Call tickets may not be transferable.
Ticketmaster Customers MUST bring the following:
- Credit card used to purchase tickets
- Confirmation number
- Photo identification
Other will call, such as group sales, can be picked up as soon as they are available. Please contact your representative or agent for details.
In order to serve our guests, The box office will allow you to drop off tickets for a friend, client, or family member coming at a later time. To avoid confusion be sure to communicate to your friend, client, or family member what time you will be dropping the tickets off and follow up with them after you do. This will prevent them from arriving at the box office too soon.
Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza is not responsible for lost, undelivered or incorrect third-party will call tickets.
WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON PENGUINS WILL CALL
Tickets purchased directly from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins box office will be available at the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza approximately 2 hours prior to game time on day of game. If picking up prior, please be advised that the Penguins box office is located on 40 Coal Street in Wilkes-Barre.
For most events, children that have reached his or her 2nd birthday require a ticket for admission. Certain programming directed toward a younger audience may require a ticket for children younger than 2. For more details, please visit the specific event page.
For Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey, anyone that has reached their 3rd birthday is required to have a ticket for admission.
Children who are below the age limitation are required to sit on a ticket holder's lap and are not to restrict the view of guests sitting behind them.
For your convenience, baby changing stations are also location in all men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the arena.
Guests requiring special seating, such as for wheelchairs, semi-ambulatory, mobility impairments, hearing impairments, or the like can be purchased in person at the NBT Bank Box Office or by selecting the option on Ticketmaster.com.

Wheelchair seating is location in Row “S” of the lower level (100) level sections. Row “S” is located on the concourse level and does not involve any stairs. The elevator only services the floor and suite levels. The only way to access the upper level (200) level is via stairs. Those persons with limited mobility, but not complete restrictions are asked to purchase seating in row “Q” or row “R” of the lower level. There are about 5 stairs to get to row “R” and “Q” is in front of that
Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza Gift Certificates can be purchased in person at the NBT Bank Box Office located adjacent to the East Gate or by calling the Box Office at (570) 970-7600. Various increment levels are available.
Certificates may be used toward the purchase of tickets of nearly all Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza events. Some consumer shows may be restricted. Certificates cannot be used towards merchandise, food, beverages or other non-ticket related items.
Certificates can only be purchased and redeemed at the NBT Bank Box office at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza and may not be used for Ticketmaster purchases, Mohegan Sun Pocono materials including gaming, dining, merchandise, or tickets for events hosted at Mohegan Sun Pocono.
- Do be careful when purchasing tickets online. With the increase in Secondary Markets (i.e. StubHub, Vivid Seats, Online City Tickets, and other “scalpers”), it is advisable you visit the official websites of the artist and venue for ticketing information. The Mohegan Sun Arena does not endorse the use of these third party sites and cannot resolve any issues with invalid tickets.
- Do not post pictures of your tickets on social media with an exposed barcode. They may be used for entry.
- Do not expose your tickets to heat and sunlight. They can damage the thermal ticket printing and make them unreadable. Keep your tickets in a cool, dry place.
- Do always secure your tickets in a safe place. Lost, destroyed or stolen tickets may not be able to be replaced.
