An FM transmitter will be beaming the audio signal directly from the stage so you can if you'd like, but a FULL CONCERT PA (including delay towers) will be pumping the tunes out all night long!
Think of any large festival main stage sound system and you'll get the picture. Even the very back row will have crisp and clear sound.
The FM station for the event is 99.9.
Please turn your car stereo or portable radio to that channel to enhance your audio experience.
We have FIVE of them! TWO at the stage, ONE behind the front of house (mixing board location) tent and TWO (with full audio) about halfway across the parking lot.
Restrooms are available inside the East Gate Entrance of the venue with additional outdoor portable restrooms located near the stage area.
Each restroom has wash stations available with hand sanitizing units nearby.
Please be sure to wear a face covering when utilizing the restroom area and maintain safe social distancing of at least 6' between other guests when walking throughout the parking lot and in restroom and concessions lines.
ADA restrooms are located at both locations.
Restrooms will be cleaned frequently throughout the duration of the event.
Concessions are located near the East Gate Entrance of the venue and near the stage area.
Each concessions area has hand sanitizing units nearby.
Please be sure to wear a face covering when utilizing the concessions area and maintain safe social distancing of at least 6' between other guests when walking throughout the parking lot and in restroom and concessions lines.
All concessions should be taken back to your vehicle/parking pod (tailgating spot).
Please refrain from congregating in high traffic areas.
Stands will accept cash and credit cards (subject to change).
No ATM's are available on site.

Limited edition tour merchandise must be purchased in advance online only and is only available to event ticket holders. See below for our merch FAQ's:
Q. Will merch be available for sale at the event?
A. For safety reasons, all merch bundles must be ordered online by 4pm on the day of the show. There will be no on-site sales.
Q. Can I buy individual merch items without buying the whole bundle?
A. The only item that can be ordered by itself is the tour poster. All other items come as an entire bundle with the option to add on a poster.
Q. If I pre-order merch, how and when will I receive it?
A. The merch bundles will only be fulfilled at the show. If posters are part of your order, they will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
*Note: posters can only be shipped to ONE address, so coordinate with your car captain.
Q. Why is the tour poster being shipped separately and when can I expect the poster to arrive?
A. We are shipping the tour print directly to your home to ensure that you receive your poster in pristine condition. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your poster to arrive.
Q. How do I preorder merch if I didn't purchase the car ticket (but I'm riding in a car)?
A. The ticket holder will be able to add up to 5 bundles & 5 posters to their cart, so you'll need to coordinate with your car ticket holder.
Q. Where is the merch pickup location at the event?
A. Merch pickup is located inside the venue's East Gate Entrance (subject to change)
Tickets for these events are mobile only, which means after your purchase through Ticketmaster or during the NBT Bank Box Office's hours of operation (Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-2pm), tickets will be texted to your mobile device.
We encourage guests to have their tickets pulled up on their mobile devices when entering the parking lot.
Guests are encouraged to download the Ticketmaster app and save their tickets to their mobile wallet for easy access to their tickets upon arrival.
Guests will have their tickets scanned through the driver's side window to limit any contact between guests and event staff.
Guests are encouraged to wear their face coverings while going through the ticketing area in case of an issue with your ticket.
Guests with issues with their tickets on the day of the event will be able to proceed to our ticket resolution tent near the entrance to the parking lot.

Each paid vehicle ticket is permitted up to 4 passengers.
One additional patron ticket is available for sale per paid vehicle ticket.
If you would like to purchase the additional patron ticket after you purchased your vehicle ticket, you can do so by purchasing in person at the NBT Bank Box Office located at Mohegan Sun Arena's East Gate Entrance during normal hours of operation on Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-2pm or by calling the Box Office during these hours at 570-970-7600 x.2103.
To purchase your additional patron ticket on the day of the event, please notify our ticketing staff upon arrival and they will assist. All sales day of the event must be paid for with credit card.
Patron add on-tickets are $43.75.
Limit one per vehicle.
Max 5 people per vehicle after patron add-on ticket has been purchased.
Proof of vehicle ticket required at time of purchase.
Patron ticket will be delivered to the same mobile phone number as the number used to deliver the vehicle ticket. No walk-ins allowed.
Children under the age of 9 are free, but are counted towards the total number of occupants per vehicle.
Ticket transfers for these events are not permitted.

Unless otherwise noted by our parking attendants, your personal party pod (tailgating space) is located on the driver's side of your vehicle.
Please be courteous to those next to you when getting in and out of your vehicle and be sure to wear your face covering when you are not in your designated tailgating space.
Mohegan Sun Arena is providing every vehicle with a trash bag.
Trash receptacles are located near the light posts, and large bins will be located near the entrance as you exit the lot.
Please help us keep the lot clean and everyone safe by placing your trash in the garbage bags and either taking your trash with you or leave in the designated receptacles and bins.
Depending on your location in the parking lot, guests might be able to access the arena's public WiFi network. We encourage guests to have their tickets pulled up on their mobile devices when entering the parking lot.

The events are designated as rain or shine, however, your safety is our priority. In the event of inclement weather, event management may decide to delay the performance or make necessary arrangements to keep you, the talent and our staff safe. In that instance, please stay in your vehicle until any threatening weather has subsided. Important updates will be communicated through Mohegan Sun Arena’s social media platforms.
Only standard point-and-shoot cameras will be permitted.
Cameras with detachable lenses, Go-Pros, or any other professional audio, video, or digital recording devices are prohibited.
The band allows AUDIENCE mic audio recording only. NO VIDEO RECORDING IS PERMITTED.
This is an all ages event. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Children 9 & under do not need a ticket, however, each child will be included in your vehicle capacity count (5 person maximum per car). Children must be supervised at all times.
All children are required to stay inside their tailgating space or vehicle at all times unless using the restrooms or concessions areas. A face covering must be worn at all times if leaving the designated tailgating space. Social distancing will be strictly enforced, no matter the age range, to keep everyone safe.
All CDC and State of Pennsylvania guidelines will be followed, and we are working closely with Luzerne County and Wilkes-Barre Township to ensure this event meets or exceeds all recommended standards.
- Vehicles will be spaced to accommodate social distancing.
- Cars will park in a staggered fashion to achieve spacing and best visibility.
- Patrons may only leave their vehicles to use their tailgating space adjacent to their vehicle, restrooms or to obtain concessions.
- A maximum of 5 people are allowed in each tailgating space.
- Masks/Face coverings must be worn by any patrons traveling to and from portable restrooms and concessions.
- Safe social distancing will be strictly enforced.
- Restrooms will be cleaned frequently throughout the event.
Failure to follow safe social distancing, or requests of staff members for participants to follow, will cause the participant to be subject to ejection.
Event staff will be wearing personal protective equipment as required by CDC guidelines.
Policies are subject to change pending any changes in CDC and State guidelines.
All vehicles are subject to search upon arrival.
Event security personnel will be placed throughout the event parking lot to ensure safe social distancing measures are in place.
Guests with any security concerns can report to the nearest staff member.
The following items/personal conduct is prohibited inside the venue parking lot:
- Advertising, selling or promoting any third-party product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)
- Amplified sound systems (small portable speakers and car stereo systems are ok, but more not interfere with other guests experience.
- Disorderly conduct
- Fireworks
- Generators
- Grills or fryers
- Kerosene lamps or open flames of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Littering
- Nitrous tanks
- Noisemakers
- Tents, stand umbrellas and tarps
- Use of drones
- Wagons and strollers
- Weapons
Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the event.
Yes, headlights should remain off throughout the event (unless directed by the performer to turn them on)
Our event staff and security personnel are here to help. If you have a question or concern, please notify the nearest staff member and we will be glad to assist you. If you experience an emergency situation during the event, notify the nearest staff member. On site medics will be notified immediately.
Exiting the lot must be done at the direction of the venue parking staff depending on your positioning in the lot. Exit signs will be posted at the end of your row designating your nearest exit. Guests are encouraged to stay through the duration of the show. Guests that need to leave for an emergency will be permitted to do so and follow the direction of the event staff to exit the lot.
Vehicles should be turned off or left in accessory mode to utilize the FM radio. Your car battery should not die, unless you have a bad battery. Unless you have a diesel engine or after-market muffler, you should also start your car once during the event for a few minutes to charge the battery. In the rare instance that your battery does die, please notify your nearest parking attendant and our staff will assist you in jump starting your car when the show ends.
Hatchbacks should be raised no higher than the top of your vehicle (level with your roof). If your hatch opens above your roofline, this blocks the view of others. You are responsible for keeping it lowered using a rope or similar method. Hatchback lights can usually be turned off by using a pen or piece of metal to close the opened latch. To re-open the latch, just pull the lever.
All vehicles are encouraged to drive directly into their designated parking spot. Backing up into your spot is not encouraged to help keep everyone safe.
Each show is approximately 2.5 hours.
Overnight parking/camping is not permitted in our parking lot. All vehicles must exit the parking lot at the conclusion of the event each night.

While we LOVE pets of all kinds, only registered service animals are permitted at these events.
ATM machines are not available on-site. Most concessions stands will accept credit cards and cash.
Flow toys are allowed as long as they stay within the borders of your dedicated parking space and are used safely, not bothering or endangering anyone in (or out of) your party.
Our Guest Relations tent will be located near the East Gate Entrance of the venue.
