Anyone who has tickets for the Saturday, January 13th performance at 11am that could not attend due to weather, please bring your tickets to the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena and we will seat you to the best of our ability at another performance of Disney on Ice presents Dream Big. Disney On Ice presents Dream Big is at Mohegan Sun Arena for five more performances: Saturday, January 13th at 3pm and 7pm, Sunday, January 14th at 12pm and 4pm and Monday, January 15th at 12pm. Please call Mohegan Sun Arena at 570.970.7600 for more information. No refunds will be given.

General parking is $10 cash sales only when entering the Mohegan Sun Arena Parking lot. Reserved Parking is $20 and may be purchased in advance at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the NBT Bank Box Office.

Please note: The Mundy St. Entrance will not be open for this event. Please use the entrance from Highland Park Blvd. to enter the Mohegan Sun Arena parking lot.

The parking lot will open approximately 90 minutes prior to each show start time.

Doors are scheduled to open for each event one hour prior to the advertised start time.

In order to best ensure our guests’ safety, SMG, the management staff at Mohegan Sun Arena, will be screening ALL attendees outside the venue using a metal detector wand prior to arena admission. In cases in which a person, by reason of medical necessity, is unable to submit to this screening process, that person may request a manual pat down by security. Bag checks will also be conducted. No bags allowed larger at 10″ x 12″.  All guests are encouraged to arrive early with the enhanced security procedures in place. It is our goal to keep our guests at Mohegan Sun Arena safe at all events and our surrounding areas. We kindly ask for your patience as you enter the venue while these security measures are being taken to ensure your safety.

Suites can be rented on a per-event basis for most events at Mohegan Sun Arena. Mohegan Sun Arena has two options for suite rentals, standard suites which accommodate up to 17 guests and our party suite, which accommodate up to 43 guests.
