Wheelchair seating is located in row “S” of the lower level (100) level sections. Row “S” is located on the concourse level and does not involve any stairs. The elevator only services the floor and suite level. The only way to get to the second level (200) level is via stairs. Those persons with limited mobility, but not complete restrictions are ask to purchase seating in row “Q” or row “R” of the lower level. There are about 5 stairs to get to row R, Q is in front of that. Mohegan Sun Arena does not have wheelchairs for public use at events.
Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities at all Mohegan Sun Arena events. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, please visit our Guest Relations desk near the East Gate Entrance. Guests will be required to leave valid picture identification or credit card as collateral for the device.

Cameras are permitted into Mohegan Sun Arena for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey games and most events. If allowed, Mohegan Sun Arena allows only small personal still-cameras. Cameras with any detachable lenses or flashes are not permitted for most events. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the building. Selfie-sticks and Go-Pro devices are not permitted.

Use of cell phones in Mohegan Sun Arena is permitted, as long as it does not disturb other fans in the area or interfere with their ability to enjoy the event. Selfie-sticks are not permitted. This policy is subject to change based on each show’s preference.
For most events, children under the age of two are not required to have a ticket. However, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Shows intended for a younger audience (i.e., Sesame Street Live, Disney Live) require that children who have celebrated their first birthday have a ticket. Please check each event individually for age requirements.
Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket to attend a Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins home games provided they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the game. Any child who has celebrated their 2nd birthday will need a ticket to enter the building.
Club Seat tickets are located at Center Ice for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey. Club Seats are located in sections C116, C117 and C118. Club Seat Memberships are available and include premium perks including VIP Parking, Exclusive Club Member Lounge, First Right of refusal on all event tickets and more.

All requests must be made in writing on event/company letterhead a minimum of 4-6 weeks prior to the event date. The request must include event date, time, beneficiary of funds raised and email address and phone number for the person receiving the donation. Please include 501(c) number if applicable.

Doors generally open one (1) hour prior to the start of an event at Mohegan Sun Arena, including Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins games. Please check the individual event page for further information. Mohegan Sun Arena has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
In the event of an emergency, Mohegan Sun Arena staff will utilize the public address (PA) system to inform guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.
There are 2 points of public entry into Mohegan Sun Arena (East Gate Entrance and West Gate Entrance). The Service Entrance located behind the venue on Highland Park Blvd. is only accessible on non-event days.

Banners or signs are not permitted unless a show policy dictates that are allowed (ie WWE).
Prohibited entry items such as containers, food and beverage, air horns, weapons, laser pointers and selfie-sticks.
Guests entering or attempting to enter restricted areas without proper authorization or credentials.
Throwing objects, either within the seating section or onto the ice or event performance area.
Guest who are disruptive to the event presentation, performance or game.
Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact Mohegan Sun Arena staff immediately.
Guests not abiding by this Fan Courtesy Policy are subject to ejection from Mohegan Sun Arena and in some cases subject to criminal prosecution.
No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into Mohegan Sun Arena. Concessions stands located throughout the arena sell a wide variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For more information, please visit the “Arena Concessions” page on our website. Pennsylvania State Law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Gift certificates are available for purchase at the NBT Bank Box Office and are valid for the purchase of most event tickets at Mohegan Sun Arena. Gift certificates may only be redeemed at the Box Office and are not valid on merchandise, concessions, or non-ticket related items. Please call 570-970-7600 for more information.

If an item is lost or found during an event please see Guest Services, located behind Section 110. Guests inquiring about lost items after an event should call 570-970-7600 and leave a detailed description of the lost item. If the item has been found we will contact you during normal business hours.
Merchandise for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins games may be purchased at the Igloo Team Store behind section 112 on the concourse at the game or by visiting the Penguins Team Store located on Coal St. in Wilkes-Barre. For most non-hockey events, merchandise stands are available throughout Mohegan Sun Arena. These merchandise stands do accept most major credit cards and cash.
The following items are prohibited for most events at Mohegan Sun Arena:
No coolers, bottles, cans or containers allowed.
No outside food or beverage.
No horns, whistles, noisemakers, banners or laser pens.
No video cameras or recording devices.
No professional lens cameras or cameras with a detachable lens.
No illegal substances.
No weapons or other threatening objects.
No chains or chain wallets
No re-entry upon exit.
No bags, backpacks or boxes allowed into the facility.
Electronic devices such as, but not limited to, laptops and mobile tablet devices that have capabilities of audio and/or visual recording are prohibited inside the venue. For Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins games, mobile tablet devices, such as IPads and Nooks, are permitted.

Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on Mohegan Sun Arena property. To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office.
Mohegan Sun Arena and SMG reserve the right to inspect and search all guests entering the Arena. Guests should be prepared to have all hand carried items open and ready for inspection. Hand carried items include, but are not limited to bags, purses, camera cases, etc.
SMG reserves the right to employ metal detection devices as necessary to promote a safe environment for guests, performers and employees. In the case where metal detection cannot be used, manual pat downs may be used.
Service animals that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome in Mohegan Sun Arena. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under control of the guest with a disability or designee. The service animal must rest in the seating area with the individual and not in the aisle.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in Mohegan Sun Arena for the safety and consideration of all guests. There are smoking sections located near the East and West Gate that allow for smoking outside the venue during an event.
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on Mohegan Sun Arena property without proper authorization from management.
Birthday and anniversary messages can be displayed at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins hockey games only for a twenty dollar ($20) donation. Please visit the Penguins Fan Assistance Booth behind section 108 before the 1st Intermission to make this request or call 570-208-PENS.
Compact umbrellas are permitted into Mohegan Sun Arena. We ask that umbrellas are able to be placed in small purses or hand bags. All items are subject to searches upon arrivals. Please note this is subject to change the day of the event.

Tickets ordered or prepaid can be picked up at the NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena, located in the lobby. The Will Call windows are open during Box Office hours and patrons must present valid photo identification when picking up tickets.
In some circumstances, Will Call may only be available for pickup on the date of the performance.
Occasionally a Mohegan Sun Arena show promoter, in conjunction with Ticketmaster, may elect to restrict presale and day of on sale ticket purchases based on zip code billing addresses in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton/Hazleton metropolitan area. Please check individual event pages for more information.
