Get ready to join our next commencement on July 29, 2023 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Graduate Registration will open in May 2023 and close Friday, June 30 at 6:00 p.m. EDT or when tickets sell out. We are expecting a sold-out arena, so buy your tickets early! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

DATE: Saturday, July 29, 2023

TIME: Doors open at 11:00 a.m. Ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m. and expected to end by 5:00 p.m.

Where to Enter:

Students and guests will use the arena’s East Gate to enter the arena. Seating for family and guests is general seating in the lower bowl of the arena (200 level will open if needed).

Wheelchair seating is located on the main concourse level and does not involve any stairs. Wheelchair accommodations can be arranged on the day of the ceremony by contacting one of the arena ushers upon entering the facility. Individuals are allowed one guest to be seated with them in this section, and arena staff will provide a chair for the guest on an as-needed basis.

Gift Policy:

WHAT you can bring: flowers, cards, signs, cameras, unwrapped presents that pass through security inspection

WHAT you can’t bring: balloons, noisemakers, streamers, silly string, wrapped gifts, alcohol

All items must pass through security inspection. Policy subject to change.

Transactions:

Bag Policy:

CLEAR BAGS ONLY

• bags that are clear on all sides measuring 12” x 12” x 6” or less are permitted
• wristlets/clutches measuring 4.5” x 6.5” x 1” are permitted
• no purses, backpacks, fanny packs, drawstring bags, diaper bags, camera bags allowed

An exception will be made for bags containing medical supplies that cannot fit into a clear bag and are subject to inspection
