General parking is $10 when entering the Mohegan Sun Arena Parking lot and is credit card/mobile pay only. Reserved Parking is $25 and may be purchased in advance at Ticketmaster.com or in person at the NBT Bank Box Office.

Doors for the event are scheduled to open 1 hour prior to the event start time.

The Mohegan Sun Arena does not allow tailgating in its parking lot for upcoming events.

Suite Rentals at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza allow you to easily plan a party or business meeting at most Arena events. Suites can be rented on a per-event basis for most events at Mohegan Sun Arena. Mohegan Sun Arena has two options for suite rentals, standard suites which accommodate up to 17 guests and our party suites, which accommodate up to 43 guests.

MAGIC PASS – $25 per pass plus applicable fees
Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you’ve got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters on the court before the game to shoot some hoops, show your skills, and get autographs and photos! The one-of-a-kind 30-minute pre-show, “Magic Pass”, begins 90 minutes before tip-off and will create memories you’ll never forget. All customers must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. This includes all children as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on court.

PLAYER MEET & GREET – $25 per pass plus applicable fees
Before you see them on the court, this is your chance to meet them in person! A limited number of fans will have the opportunity to interact 1:1 with some of your favorite Harlem Globetrotters stars. Get autographs, learn from players and take photos. Meet and Greets take place prior to game time. Please check-in courtside at the announcer’s table immediately after doors open. Check-in will be open until 30 minutes prior to game time. Late arrivals are not permitted and will not be refunded. Children under 10 cannot participate unaccompanied. Each person must purchase the Meet & Greet add-on to be allowed entry into the Meet & Greet. This is an optional upgrade. A ticket to the main event is also required.

CELEBRITY COURT PASS – $100 per pass plus applicable fees
The best game access for the biggest basketball fans. Your Court Pass gets you down to the floor for an up close and personal view of the Harlem Globetrotters during their pregame shootaround. You’ll have exclusive access to the court, where you have the opportunity to see the players warm-up their World Record breaking shots and skills. Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before game time and will last for 20 minutes. Check-in courtside at the announcer’s table upon arrival at the venue. Late arrivals will not be refunded. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied. Each person wanting to access the court must purchase the Celebrity Court Pass. This is an optional upgrade. A ticket to the main event is also required.

GLOBIE BIRTHDAY BASH (Standard or Premium)

• Groups of 10+ can celebrate at a Globetrotters show. Globie Birthday Bash includes a birthday PA announcement, and an autographed gift for the birthday kid. Premium package includes a Meet and Greet with Globie! Local COVID guidelines must be followed including maintaining proper social distancing at all times during the event
  Minimum 10 tickets required + $50 surcharge for Standard Packages, or + $100 surcharge for Premium Package.

ASM Global reminds everyone attending events at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza to please adhere to the new hygiene and security policies in place consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Pennsylvania Department of Health guidance for the safety of all participants, guests and employees at the arena including:

• Face coverings and social distancing for guests who are fully vaccinated is not required but is strongly encouraged per current recommendations from the CDC

• All guests two years of age and older who are not fully vaccinated must wear face coverings during their visit except while actively eating or drinking

• Guests do not need to show physical proof of being fully vaccinated

• We will rely on our guests to accurately follow the guidelines based on their vaccination status

If a guest is experiencing any of the following, we ask that you please stay home:

• A guest who has COVID-19 symptoms
• A guest who has a COVID-19 test result pending
• A guest who is under a healthcare provider’s care for a positive COVID-19 test
• A guest who has been exposed to COVID-19 (unless fully vaccinated)
