Guests that were unable to attend the Sunday, January 9th performances of Disney On Ice presents Into The Magic due to weather related issues may request a refund for their seats by providing the following information to [email protected]:

Performance date and time
Amount of tickets
Ticketmaster account number
Name/address/email address of the person that purchased the tickets

Once our venue verifies the seats were not used, a customer service representative will reach out to confirm the refund. All requests must be submitted before Friday, January 14th at 10pm.

Guests that purchased through a vendor other than Ticketmaster or the NBT Bank Box Office will need to contact that vendor for information on their refund policy.
