The NBT Bank Box Office at Mohegan Sun Arena is located next to the venue’s East Gate Entrance.
THE NBT BANK BOX OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19th, 2024 IN OBSERVANCE OF THE PRESIDENT'S DAY HOLIDAY.
The NBT Bank Box Office hours of operation (beginning September 5th, 2023):
Monday - 10am-4pm
Tuesday - 10am-4pm
Wednesday - 10am-4pm
Thursday - 10am-4pm
Friday - 10am-4pm
Saturday - Open for ticketed events only (excludes Home & Garden Shows, Graduations, etc.)
Sunday - Open for ticketed events only (excludes Home & Garden Shows, Graduations, etc.)
- For events that start before 12pm on a weekend, the Box Office will generally open 2 hours prior to the event start time.
- The Box Office will open at 12pm on a weekend event day for events that start at 2pm or later (subject to change per event).
- On event days, the Box Office will generally remain open until the intermission of the event.
- Box Office hours are subject to change by week without notice.

Gift certificates are available for purchase at the NBT Bank Box Office and are valid for the purchase of most event tickets at Mohegan Sun Arena.
