Venue Layout:

• 200’ x 85’ performance space on event level
• Over 150,000 sq. ft. of space throughout venue
• 3 tiers - Event level, Concourse & Suite level
• 1 freight and 2 passenger elevators to all levels

Load In/Out:

• 2 loading docks with 8’ wide x 9’ high doors
• Approx. 150’ push to center of floor
• Stage door upstage center (20’ wide x 16’ high)

Parking:

• Secure, free on-site parking/staging behind venue
• Shore power available for three vehicles
• On-site guest parking with over 3,000 paved spots

Rigging Information:

• Over 200,000 lb. load rigging capacity
• Low steel is at 54'
  • Low steel is not riggable
• High steel is at 72'
  • High Steel has fall arrest system in place.
• Center-hung scoreboard max height at 47'
• 4 speaker clusters at 45' trim height
• Open beams with main beam running across floor
• 4 permanent follow spot locations
• 4 additional positions available for rental follow spot locations

Staging:

• StageRight decks and legs
• 80'x48' max in house
• Additional staging and risers will require rental
• 4 sets of steps available for stage
• Risers can be either 1’ high Max size of 20’x16’ and 2’ high Max size of 36’x24’
• Handicapped ramp for 4’ stage configuration
• Black stage drape available (100')
• Upstage curtain available – Black
• Floor extension available on North (Stage End)
  • Floor max with extension is 85’x220’

Barricade:

• No in-house barricade available. Must be rented upon request

Bike Rack:

• Thirty pieces of 8' wide bike rack barricade available

Dasher Drapes:

• Available in either green or black

Forklifts:

• One 4,700 lb. capacity with 189" reach
• One 4,300 lb. capacity with 189" reach
• 5' extensions for both are on site
• Additional must be rented

Furniture:

• Four sets of furniture available in house
• Additional furniture can be rented upon request
• Rugs available for all dressing rooms

Ice Machine:

• 500lb ice machine available for rent.
  • Loose ice

Ironing Board:

• Iron and ironing board, steamer available upon request

Pipe & Drape:

• 200' of black or green pipe and drape in house

Podium:

• Amplified podium with optional stand for external microphone
• Wooden podium (without microphone or speaker) available upon request

Refrigerator:

• 4- standing refrigerator/cooler’s available for dressing rooms

Sink:

• Dish room available for catering with 4 sink’s

Tables:

• Tables are available in 6' or 8' lengths and 18" and 30" widths
• Table skirts available in black or green

Televisions:

• Televisions with Service Electric cable connections can be provided in most dressing rooms

Towels:

• Towels are available in both bath size and hand size
  Available in black or white

Washer/Dryer:

• Hookup’s available for 2 washer’s and 2 dryers

Stage Right:

• One 800 amp 208v three phase with two sets of tails
• One 600 amp 208 v three phase with two sets of tails

Stage Left:

• One 400 amp 208v three phase
• One 200 amp 208 v three phase with one set of tails
• One 600 amp 208 v three phase with two sets of tails

Downstage Right:

• One 400 amp 208v three phase

Downstage Left:

Outside:

Sound System:

• Venue sound system available for use upon request
• Recently added acoustic panels in ceiling and suite level

Video Equipment:

• Center-Hung 4-sided scoreboard with each panel approx. 17’ x 10’
• 4 HD Hitachi video cameras
• Available for use upon request
• Additional costs for camera operators, director
• Stagehand fees apply for broadcast rights

Internet:

• 200mb/200mb in-house bandwidth available
• Dedicated, password protected wifi service for show use
• Verizon Wireless DAS service in venue
• Hard-line internet access can be provided in production offices and dressing rooms.
  • Hard-line service must be ordered at least 7 days in advance of event through Event Manager

Phone Lines:

• 8 dedicated phone lines that can be placed in and dressing room/production office
• Phone lines are direct dial and do not go through an operator
• Phone lines must be ordered at least 7 days on advance of event through Event Manager

Pyro Permit

• Must be arranged a minimum of 30 days prior to the event through:
  Wilkes-Barre Township Zoning & Code Enforcement Officer
  Tom Zedolik
• All Pyro Information MUST be mailed to:

• $50.00 permit fee & $150.00 fire watch fee. Per show

Gas/Propane:

• All Gasoline must be stored outside –No fueling vehicles inside venue.
• No propane cooking inside the venue.
